Don't bite me!

There's a letter on the way. Really, there is. I popped it in the mail before camping and returned a week later to find it back in my box from lack of postage.
Also, I went to a meeting held by out local member of parliment. I was the only one under fifty and (at count) one of two females. I went because they offered info on passports, which I found terribly unhelpful. And because I figured I should. But thank-you icecream lady! She asked why they had pamphlets on services for seniors, but nothing for youth.
Oh, and Cor. Mrs. W., you know, the Baptist known for her hats, is here. And I actually like her dress except for the pointy colour nastyness. But I won't tell you what it looks like. since you wouldn't agree. Now, I'll post this before she starts reading over my shoulder.

Hey, being a nun has to get a little tiresome after awhile, don't you think?

First off, you must go back and read the last several posts, not just this one, since I posted some very funny and life-enriching stuff.

Secondly, dielle.blogspot.com is already taken. I mean, really! I couldn't believe that.

Well, in my first 5 minutes at work today, I have managed to jam the printer up badly.

You've never heard this one before.

Gee, I'm getting sentimental.

I saw this elderly couple the other day. Coming out of their house together. Getting on in years, the wife needed help getting down the stairs. The man slowly helped her down the stairs and then opened the door for her to one of the several classic vehicles he's fixed up. And off they drove.

And that's how I want to grow old. Helping whoever I'm with. Although it'll probably be me needing it. I'm not hung up on guys opening door for girls. I can open doors fine myself. But I guess it must be small, kind things like that, that show you still respect the other after 50 some years.

Anyone for some good old-fashioned, sticky cinnamon buns, btw? I just got out of bed, and I want some!

Well, whether you guys are going to bother to read this or not is anyone's guess. You've heard, of course, about the grilled cheese sandwhich with the Virgin Mary's head on it? Life gets stranger.

Anyone been to the RI lately? Wow, have I opened a can of worms.

Am I overreacting?

I'm back with more. Check out MSN's The Week in Pictures. There's a really funny one with a soldier and a hammer about halfway through.

Must be tough being a security guard that can get himself mugged. But that doesn't mean you have to flip out over it.

I... uh... overslept.

I know my alarm went off at the correct time, for I remember shutting it off. But the next thing I remember is rolling over and squinting at the clock, only to find it saying 7:19. Like, GAH!!!!!!!! I have to be at work at 8!

I made it, but it made me grumpy.
